Property Description
Rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defensive tower, with an infinity pool and rooftop terrace, the villa develops on three levels.
Ground floor: living room, separate dining room, kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Spacious underground laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor: bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second floor: one double bedroom with steps leading up to the rooftop terrace and one en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have comfortable garden furniture, seating for al-fresco dining and a beautiful infinity heated pool (6x15m; 1.5m deep) complete with sun lounges and parasols and Jacuzzi.
Please note: To reach the villa there are 3 km of white gravel road. The roads are in good condition but occasionally steep therefore they are not suitable for sports cars.
