The villa is composed of two adjoining houses connected via an open gallery and an annex, developing over 1000 sqm. It offers a total of three large and bright living rooms with sofas, armchairs, TVs, a beautiful large fireplace converted into seating area, and billiard table. There is also a large separate dining room accessed from one of the living rooms. The kitchen is modern and fitted with all the appliances necessary for cooking delicious Italian meals: two hobs, two ovens, large fridge and freezer, etc.

The sleeping area consists of a total of nine bedrooms: four of them with twin beds and five with double beds. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (most with both shower and bath tub).

The unique annex is a former silo, now converted into a SPA with gym, Turkish bath and massage room. One of the double bedrooms with bathroom can be found here.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (salt water; open from May 15 to October 15)with sun lounges, outdoor table with chairs for al-fresco meals and an outdoor covered area by the pool for shade. Guests staying in the villa have free access to a private golf course nearby (12 holes). Guests are required to acquaint themselves with the course; this will take at least one hour. The first tee is 2km from the villa.

Recommended: All players should have a certified maximum handicap of 36 (although this is flexible); players without a handicap may not be allowed to play. Please enquire before you book. There is also a tennis court to which guests have free access. Tennis lessons can be provided at extra cost. Please enquire.
