Newly restored apartment located on the first floor of a historical building dating back to the 1800, in the heart of Asciano. The apartment has its own independent entrance from the main street of the village and it is the ideal accommodation for cycle tourists and for all those who do not always wish to travel by car every day. The town of Asciano is located in the heart of the Crete Senesi, characterized by the sweet rolling hills with typical cypresses on top. Free car parking available few steps away. There are many fantastic trekking and excursions to do by bike in the surroundings of Asciano. The beautiful town of Siena is about 22 kms away from Asciano.
Property Description
The apartment has its own independent entrance from the main street of the village. An internal flight of steps leads to the living /dining room with a kitchen corner (oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), fireplace and tv.
A corridor from the living room leads to two double bedrooms (twins on request) and a twin room, each with en-suite shower bathroom.
A French door from the living /kitchen opens onto a very spacious terrace (140 sqm) furnished with table and chairs for dining out as well as a double sofa and 2 armchairs to relax in after a day spent discovering the wonders of the area.
The terrace overlooks a lovely square in the heart of the village. Two of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
At the disposal of the guests also a free storage for bicycles.
If the house is rented to 4 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom will be closed; if rented for 2 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be closed.
