Both villas are situated on a single level (ground floor), each providing a living space of 130 sqm. Outside, each property features a shaded veranda with an outdoor dining area, and an extensive garden spanning 3000 sqm. The gardens both include a 300 sqm terrace with a private swimming pool (12 x 4m; depth 0.3 – 1.6m; saltwater; open from 1 January to 31 December) and a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers.
