Located in Lido di Noto, close to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Noto in south-east Sicily, SI875 is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is only 30m from a small beach, 200m from a larger one (Scogliera Bianca) and 6 km from shops and restaurants in Avola. It is also within easy driving distance of the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli and Syracuse, as well as the Vendicari nature reserve.
Property Description
SI875 develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor). The villa can be accessed from the parking area at the back of the house or from the main road via a pedestrian gate leading to a driveway that crosses the garden.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with sofa, armchairs, and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there are three double bedrooms (with double beds, air conditioning and outside entrance) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined if necessary, air conditioning and outside entrance) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a garden (1100 sqm) with a private swimming pool (12.5 x 4.5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October), a veranda with a relaxation area and outdoor dining (for 12 people), an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a parking spot.
