Villa NR579 (400 sqm) develops over three levels connected by a flight of stairs and a lift.

On the ground floor, you will find an elegantly furnished lounge with sofas, TV and fireplace, a study area, and a dining room (seating 14). The kitchen is equipped with all the modern cons and provides access to one of two terraces. In addition, there is a guest bathroom (with toilet and washbasin).
