NR560 (350 sqm) develops over four levels connected by a lift and internal staircase. Access to the villa is from the main road via an automatic gate.

A few steps lead you to the ground floor where there is an enclosed veranda, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room which overlooks the outdoor patio. The villa also boasts a private swimming pool, measuring 3.4 x 1.8 meters with a depth of 50 cm. This pool is open from May 1st to October 31. Being an outdoor pool, its water temperature is influenced by the weather conditions. In addition, there is parking for two cars and an electric car charger.
