Villa NR500 is a beautiful private villa, located only in the oldest part of Amalfi town, only 300 metres from the famous Piazza Del Duomo, where a variety of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. Covering approximately 200 sq. metres, the villa offers a private swimming pool with stunning views across the sea and furnished terraces for al-fresco evenings. The house covers the top floor of an ancient mansion dating back to the 15th century. A car is not necessary to stay at this villa, but if you will have one, you will be able to park it in the nearby public car park (fee required). The villa can be reached from the piazza, either by taking the two public elevators available (from 8:00 AM to midnight, cost 4 euros per person each way - this may change) both carved in the rock, one departing from Town Hall Square and the other from the public parking "Luna Rossa"; or the villa can be reached via 300 steps. Off the elevator, approximately 100 short-rise steps lead to the entrance gate of the villa.
Property Description
The villa develops over one level. Inside, we find a bright living area with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, a home cinema corner with more seating and a large flat-screen HD SMART TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the living room you can access the terraces with sea view. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs for 8, reachable via the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking delicious Italian meals: five-burner gas cooker, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, water purifier for sparkling or still water, an electric kettle, the toaster, a refrigerator with freezer, a blender, and other small appliances. Access to a guest bathroom with sink and toilet, from the living room. The nearest sandy beach is at 300m from the villa.
The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a 4K TV, Bose Sound Touch system and air conditioning.

Outside, the villa features wide terraces with views across the sea and Amalfi town, a private infinity swimming pool (11m long; 1.6m deep; open from April until end of October) with whirlpool system and sun lounges. There is a solarium, furnished with sofa, coffee table, sun chairs and umbrella. The laundry room can be accessed from the terrace and here we have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A large garden with lemons, vegetable, fruits, with chicken coop is part of the property, and is accessible on request.
The villa offers daily cleaning 3 hours per day and 6 days per week included in the price; bath towels, pool towels and bed linen changed twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday).
