NR489 is a beautiful ancient Neapolitan house, built with volcanic rock, valuable antiques, terracotta floor tiles and intricate wall tile design on the kitchen wall which is typical for this area. The villa is located within walking distance from the nearest hamlet with restaurant and shop. The nearest beaches are small coves with pebble and volcanic sand, typical of the area, with the closest one only 2.5km away. Massa Lubrense is only 2.5km away where you can find a multitude of shops and restaurants, many of them Michelin accredited.

The villa consists of a main house and an annex, developing over 270 sq.m
MAIN HOUSE
Inside we find a large living room with sofas, TV and a beautiful fireplace. From this living room we can access the large separate dining room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen offers another large table with chairs, plenty of working space for cooking delicious Italian meals and direct access to the outside space. On the ground floor there is one additional bathroom with toilet and sink.
Furthermore, the sleeping area consists of: one double bedroom and one single bedroom on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower; two double bedrooms on the first floor one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one other separate bathroom with bath tub. There is also a separate living room on the first floor, furnished with a double sofa bed and offering direct access to the balcony.
ANNEX
The annex consists of a small living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette. This has a direct access to the outdoor area. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Outside, we find a private swimming pool (6.5x3m) with hydro massage corner, that can be heated on request. The pool area is furnished with sun lounges and sunchairs. Furthermore, there is a pergola equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, offering stunning views across the sea, from Vesuvius to the island of Capri.
