The property is surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants. Private sea water swimming pool (17m x 5.9m with an average depth of 2.6m) open from May 5 to September 29, cleaned and checked daily and furnished with chairs, sun umbrellas, tables. Given the depth of the pool, it is advisable not to leave children on their own in the pool area. There is also a small bathroom with outdoor shower and a changing room. The villa has been carefully furnished in keeping with the interior architecture.

The villa is on three levels (550 sqm indoor and 1,200 sqm outdoor areas) plus and independent tower on the roof terrace.

A few steps lead down to the house from the main gate on a side road off the coast road. The typical portico which serves as the main entrance overlooks the whole coast and is the perfect place to pass many a relaxing evening, enjoying the natural beauty. The portico is furnished with a stone bench and chairs around a small table, oven and BBQ, all surrounded by pots of palm trees, lemon trees and flowers. The portico leads into the large dining room, reading room and elegantly furnished sitting room. The dining room leads to the large fully equipped kitchen. On this floor are also the laundry and a service bathroom.

The stone staircase (20 steps) in the living room leads down to the night area with six double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom with shower and with direct access to the outside.Three of the bedrooms can be made into twin bedrooms on request; one of them can interconnect to the bedroom next door if required.

From the sleeping area down an external staircase of approximately 20 steps leads to the swimming pool open beginning of May to end of September.

Another external staircase (about 24 steps) near the entrance gate leads up to the attic in an independent tower with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. One of the rooms opens onto a private balcony with sea views. This accommodation is more simply furnished than the main house. The large terrace situated at the entrance of the tower is furnished with a dining table for 4 people and a sun umbrella.

The first floor (between the main floor of the main villa and the tower) is not available to guests.

Please note that the villa is access from the road down around 65 steps and from the entrance gate another 24 steps lead to the portico in front of the day area.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas, initial and final cleaning plus 4 hours cleaning a day from 8am to 12am, additional midweek linen change, weekly change of pool towels, washing (1 load per day), air conditioning, heating. Also included: parking space for two cars in a private garage situated at 5 minutes walk from the property (600 meters). Daily complimentary breakfast included in the price.
