Property Description
The villa is part of a complex of new terraced houses. The house is on two floors and opens onto a bright and large open space living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table. In the same room there is an open kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster and coffee machine. From here you access the patio with a splendid private infinity pool. At the back of the house is the green garden with sun loungers.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, and has access to the private garden of the villa. The second bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. Finally, the third bedroom, reachable via a staircase, is equipped with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, television and en suite bathroom, and has access to the terrace. A third bathroom with shower completes the layout.
