A 10-minute walk takes you to the square and the centre of the town of Moniga del Garda. Just 100 meters away is Lake Garda!
Moniga del Garda is a hospitable tourist town in the province of Brescia, on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. The ancient core of the historic centre preserves the rustic appearance of the village and its narrow streets, onto which flowered balconies open. In the “Pozzo” area, it is possible to admire glimpses of the lake and architectural details. The famous beaches of Moniga offer long walks overlooking the crystal clear waters of the lake and numerous typical restaurants, as well as cycle paths that connect the city to Salò and Lonate. The historic center is also home to numerous Baroque style churches, such as the San Martino church, where it is possible to visit its large and colorful stained glass windows. Near the church, you can see the Moniga Castle with white stone walls, built in the 10th century, at the entrance to the town.
Property Description
The villa welcomes guests in the bright living room, equipped with two comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, open kitchen fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the private covered porch and the garden, equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air.
Followed by the bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, and the second bedroom equipped with two single beds and wardrobe.
A staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with 2 single beds and wardrobe.
On the same floor there is a second bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, and the laundry area with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
The private outdoor area of the villa is full of details and accessories that enrich its value and guarantee guests pleasant moments of relaxation during the summer: private swimming pool, large private garden with flowers and plants of various species, and barbecue for cooking grills in full Italian style!
