Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is just 10 minutes from the beach and the town centre, where you can find restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops. The ferry dock is located on the lakefront and is a great starting point for visiting the many beautiful towns around Lake Garda.
Property Description
The villa develops over two levels (ground and first floor).
On the ground floor, you will find the living area which opens onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake (with sofa, chairs, computer workstation) and a modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining room with French doors that open onto the patio and garden. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) as well as one bathroom (with shower) which serves the living room and bedroom.
On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area with three double bedrooms:

Steps take you to a private swimming pool (8m x 3m) with lovely lake views and there is uncovered parking onsite for 4-5 cars.
