The villa is spacious and develop over three levels consisting of two independent apartments (not connected internally; first floor apartment is accessed via external stairs; second apartment is located on the ground floor and has internal stairs to the lower level), ideal for two families. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both well-equipped with appliances such as fridges, dishwashers, toasters, kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. On the first floor we have a bright living room overlooking the lake with sofa and fireplace, TV, and dining room connected to the terrace overlooking the lake. There are terraces with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, overlooking the lake and pool area. The property is fenced, making it ideal for those with pets and small children.
