Located in the Desenzano area on the south-west shore of Lake Garda, Villa LG134 is a stunning country villa with a private pool. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa is next door to the Arzaga Spa and Golf resort which offers a spa, restaurant, bar and shop which guests can use (green fees and services are not included). The lake, nearest beaches, shops and restaurants are a short driving distance away and also nearby is the bustling town of Desenzano (8.6 km) with plenty of shops, restaurants, a weekly market and great transport links to other towns such as Brescia and Verona.
Property Description
The 400 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with cooking island and dining area), one quadruple bedroom (with two double beds), a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine).
On the first floor you will find a lounge area (with comfortable sofa seating) and in the sleeping area, a quadruple bedroom (with a double bed and double sofa bed) with en-suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath and separate sit-in shower), a triple bedroom (with double bed and single sofa bed), a double bedroom (with double bed) and two separate bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower).
Outside you will find a large fenced garden (with olive trees, cyprus trees, flowering shrubs and lawn) and a private swimming pool (13 m x 4 m; open 28/3 – 30/11) with diving board. You will also find spacious terraces (with dining, lounging areas and a barbecue) and an outdoor kitchen. By the pool there is a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a gazebo (with dining for 16+). Please note that the round gazebo with the round sofa you see in the photos is no longer available and has been replaced with new outdoor sofa set.
