The property is built on a hill and extends over 5 terraced levels down to the beach. The 250 square meter villa develops over 3 levels (all with doors to the outside).

From level 1, outdoor stairs take you down to level 2 where you find the main entrance to the villa. From here you will find a lounge area (with sofa seating and a bar), a dining area (with table and chairs to seat 12) and a well-equipped kitchen. On level 2, there is a large portico (with tables and chairs seating 25+), a built-in gas barbecue and a lakefront terrace (with table and chairs). Two outdoor flights of stairs lead you from level 4 down to level 5 where you will find a private beach gate with access to the lakeside beach.
