The property develops over three levels, with a personal lift/elevator that gives access to all floors.

A beautiful Carrara marble staircase takes us to the first floor where we find an exquisite and elegant living room with fireplace and satellite/cable TV. The sleeping area consists of one suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and private balcony; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, wardrobe and satellite TV.

SECOND FLOOR – 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Following the marble staircase onto the second floor, we find 2 suites. The suites have 2 independent double bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom and 2 more independent bedrooms each with French size beds, sharing 1 bathroom. For a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Outside, the villa has an large terrace furnished with sofas and chairs, a private swimming pool (8x4m) and a covered terrace/gazebo with large table with chairs, perfect for al-fresco meals. There are 3 covered parking spaces (sedans only) available in the village and a porter service for luggage is included (from the parking to the villa).
