Villa ER020 is part of a luxury estate, located on the hills of Bologna area, just 20 minutes away from the famous city. On the ground floor, we find a large and bright living room with sofas and dining area as well as a separate kitchen room. On this level there is one double bedroom with king size bed (consists of two single beds with a king size mattress topper) with an additional double sofa bed , with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find two suites rooms each with its own living room with sofa bed and bedroom with king size bed (twin bed) we well as en-suite bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor, the top level, we have one large bedroom with king size bed, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub.
Outside, the property is set on a beautiful garden and has a terrace with seating area. There is a beautiful decked area with two hot water Jacuzzis (each one for 4 people, 2 meters in diameter) and a private infinity swimming pool (10x5m; 1.4m deep) with stunning views across the hills of Emilia-Romagna.
