MAIN VILLA – Sleeps 14
On the ground floor, we have the entrance into a large room with two sofas, a bar area that comes supplied with drinks (all drinks are payable and charged to your account locally) and even ice making equipment and wall mounted TV with PlayStation. From the lounge, we access the sleeping area which consists of three double bedrooms with king size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, bathrobes and slippers. All three bedrooms have doors that open onto the patio to a small courtyard. From one of these bedrooms, there is access via the patio doors, to a fourth master double bedroom, the largest one, with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another separate bathroom with sink and toilet only. The main villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms.

A flight of stairs takes you up to the next floor, where we find a second lounge area with fireplace, 50’’ TV, dining table, chairs and open plan kitchen, equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two electric ovens and windows overlooking the garden and small trullo. The lounge has direct access to the balcony and covered pergola areas where you will find a table for sixteen, perfect for al-fresco dining, and a gas barbecue.
Two steps up from the lounge, take us to the sleeping area where we find three king size double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. All three bedrooms open onto the veranda, equipped with outdoor seating facilities and views over the pool and children’s play area.
On this floor there is also access to an herb garden with fresh basil, thyme, sage and many more home-grown herbs, ideal for a perfect Italian meal. If you want to be completely spoilt, a private chef can be arranged, to prepare a typical Pugliese meal.

THE TRULLO – Sleeps 2
The trullo is separate from the main villa, 75m from the house, giving a degree of privacy and is ideal for a couple. It offers a small kitchen, built into an alcove and equipped with electric hob, coffee machine and fridge. There is a seating area for dining with sofa, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Due to its think stone walls, the trullo keeps nice and cool during the summer months.

Outside, by the main villa and the small trullo, we find the first private swimming pool (11x4m. 0.3 – 1.5m deep) surrounded by sun lounges and umbrellas and a playground area for children equipped with swings, table tennis, slide and climbing frame, all positioned on a lawned garden. On the rooftop of the main house, accessed via external stairs, we find a terrace, offering stunning views over the surrounding area, equipped with a third small swimming pool (Jacuzzi size) and a covered pergola with seating.

THE TWO INDEPENDENT VILLAS – Sleep 8
Located a little further from the main villa, we find two independent houses, one sleeping six and the other two. Both these villas have air conditioning throughout (except for the bedroom on the lower floor of the larger villa).

The smaller one, suitable for a couple, offers an entrance with stone kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, and large fridge/freezer. The living room area has an open fireplace, seating and table with chairs. From the living area, via an archway, we access the bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has mosquito nets throughout.

The larger villa, next to the small one, offers a lounge area with large TV with Sky, open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven and hob), dining area with table for six and sofa. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower on the ground floor and a third double bedroom on a lower level, down a flight of stairs, also with en-suite bathroom with shower. This third bedroom also offers access to a small courtyard.

The outside area of these two villas offers a walled garden with small orchard, fruit trees, a covered terrace with dining area and a second private heated swimming pool (11x4m; 1.5m deep) that is shared between the two houses and is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas.
