The villa (600 sqm) is a gated property which consists of a main villa, a semi-detached unit and 5 guest houses. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAIN VILLA AND THE INDEPENDENT SUITES WHEN BOOKED WITH LOWER OCCUPANCY RATE.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 8)
On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas and chairs), a dining area (with table for 10) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table for 4). You will also find a guest bathroom (with toilet) and a Hammam (Turkish bath).
On the upper level, you will find 3 double bedrooms (with king-size beds, walk-in closets, air conditioning, TV, hairdryers, sea view) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers), one double bedroom (with king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer) and one bathroom (with shower).

INDEPENDENT SUITES (sleeps 4)
Two independent suites each with a double bedroom (with king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine, sea view) with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath).

[CLOSED OFF] SEMI-DETACHED UNIT (sleeps 6)
In the semi-detached unit, you will find three master suites (with king-size beds, air conditioning, TV, sea view, and independent entrances) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), as well as a living room with access to an outdoor lounge area (with air conditioning and Smart TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a dining area).

[CLOSED OFF] POOL LEVEL UNIT (sleeps 2)
In the pool level unit, you will find a living area with access to the pool (with sofa bed, TV, pool view), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom with access to the pool and BBQ area (with double bed, air conditioning, sea view) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower, hairdryer).

[CLOSED OFF] BELOW POOL UNIT (sleeps 2)
In the below the pool unit, you will find a living area (with double sofa bed, air conditioning, TV), a kitchenette, and one double bedroom (with king-size bed, sea view) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

[CLOSED OFF] CHAPEL UNIT (sleeps 2)
In the chapel unit, you will find a living area (with sea view) and one double bedroom (with king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, hairdryer, and sea view) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find large terraces with two swimming pools (100 sqm and 70 sqm), sun loungers, outdoor lounge and dining areas, a BBQ pavilion, outdoor toilet, chapel, and a private parking area.
