The villa (390 sqm) is a gated property which develops over three levels.

On the lower level, you will find the laundry area (with washing machine and dryer) and one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and access to the outdoor lounge area (with sun beds and jacuzzi).

On the ground level, you will find a living room (with built-in sofas) and a dining area (seating ten), both with direct access to the swimming pool.
