Villa CRM102 (800 sqm) consists of main villa which develops over three levels and two guesthouses.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 10)

On the lower level, you will find a playroom (with table tennis and gym equipment) and utility rooms including a laundry room, boiler room and storage room.

On the ground level, you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with a fireplace, sofas, and chair), a dining area (for eight), and a well-equipped kitchen (with a table for eight), as well as a guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area, you will find three bedrooms:

- one twin/double bedroom (with two singles that convert into a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one twin/double bedroom (with two singles that convert into a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), direct access to the
pool terrace and a sea view
- one twin/double bedroom (with two singles that convert into a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), small sofa, direct
access to the pool and a sea view

On the upper level you will find two bedrooms which both have access to the roof terrace and pool, as well as sea views:

- one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi bath)
- one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)

GUESTHOUSE 1 (sleeps 2)

Guesthouse 1 is on the lower level and has an independent entrance and sea view. It consists of a living room (with a sofa), an open plan kitchen with a dining area (for two) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

GUESTHOUSE 2 (sleeps 2)

Guesthouse 2 is on the ground level and has an independent entrance and sea view. It consists of a living room (with sofa bed) and an open plan kitchen (with coffee machine, fridge, oven, hob) as well as an outdoor dining table. In the sleeping area, you will find one twin/double bedroom (with single beds that convert into a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a garden with a swimming pool (120 sqm; heated on request at extra cost) surrounded by a large terrace (with sun loungers and modern canopy beds), a shady lounge area and alfresco dining area (for fourteen), as well as an outdoor kitchen. You will also find a wood-fire barbecue, outdoor shower and toilet, a playground, private chapel, and a parking area for two cars.
