Once an 18th century "Canava" (traditional cave house), Villa GRI010 has been renovated and can accommodate up to five guests. The house is walking distance from the local village groceries shop and restaurants and winery. This is a great base for those wishing to explore the best of Santorini with its many sandy beaches, its archeological sites and volcanic remains nearby as well as the local vineyard.
Property Description
Accessing the villa is via a steep hill and the entrance will lead you into a small courtyard where a dining table and chairs will welcome you. The main room is open plan and integrates the master double bedroom with its adjoining bathtub/shower. The second double bedroom is separate and overlooks the courtyard and has its own en-suite shower.
The main room features a spacious sofa (which can be converted into a single bed for extra guest), a TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi internet, a coffee table and a kitchen/dinner. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
The outdoor area consists of a Jacuzzi hot tub on the upper floor terrace (accessible by the exterior staircase and door from the courtyard). It is chemical free and features ozone generator, UV disinfection system, and I pod dock with speakers. Next to the tub you will find sun loungers and the terrace offers a lovely view of the village and the Aegean sea in the background.
