The villa is spread over three floors

Lower ground level
You will find two large reception rooms (one of them a play room) and two sitting areas with sofas, a dining room with an open plan kitchen featuring modern amenities (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, four electric rings, coffee maker and kettle).

There are two large suites (double beds) on this level with en-suite shower room and great views of the external area.

Ground floor: Entrance to the villa where you will find the living room with sofas, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, DVD & CD player-Hi-Fi. A separate guest bathroom is available with bathtub and wc.

First floor
The other three twin bedrooms are located on the ground and first floor level. They all enjoy stunning views and each has en-suite bathroom with shower. Two single rollaway beds can be added in two of the bedrooms for additional guests.

The outdoor areas of Villa Clio are set in four decked terraces offering different views and perspective of the villa. The private outdoor heated pool (12m x 6m and depth 0.80m to 1.80m) also offers a Jacuzzi and great views of the Aegean Sea. You will also enjoy the outdoor dining facilities with BBQ area. There is parking facility on site.
