Located in Sumartin on Brac Islands’ eastern coast, Villa CRO026 is a lovely beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. Situated just 20 metres from the beach, 1 km from the nearest restaurant and 3 km from other shops and restaurants, the villa is close to everything you need. Sumartin has an 18th-century monastery and several lovely bays with sandy and pebble beaches. Other attractions on the island include the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach or you can take a car ferry to Makarska on the mainland.

The villa (480 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped modern kitchen and a dining area, as well as a large triple bedroom (with king-size bed and single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower).

Outside, the villa has several terraces, a heated swimming pool (depth 1 m; available when the villa is available for bookings) and a jacuzzi hot tub (for 12 people), a lounge area (with a hammock) and a dining area, as well as a barbecue/grill, table tennis, private parking area and a mooring for small boats in front of the villa.
